Burnett County Prevention Coalition

Burnett County Prevention Coalition (BCPC)

BCPC meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month in Room 165 of the Burnett County Government Center from Noon to 1:30 pm. Call 715-349-2155 for more information.

The Burnett County Prevention Coalition was officially established in January of 2008 to address the issue of substance abuse among our youth. What started out as a few people has expanded to include people from various sectors in our community. Through a collaboration of these diverse organizations, and support from our community, the BCPC hopes to accomplish our goal of promoting a healthy and safe environment for all.

The BCPC is working to increase community awareness of issues related to underage drinking and driving in Burnett County, especially for those ages 16 to 34. We are also working to coordinate our AODA prevention efforts with our community partners.

BCPC Mission Statement

We are a diverse community of organizations and individuals dedicated to preventing youth substance abuse by promoting a healthy environment and supporting safe choices.
