Program Description
Wisconsin Well Woman Program is a Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program that provides a free physical including a pap / pelvic, breast exam and a mammogram to uninsured / underinsured women who are 45 to 64 years of age and meet income eligibility guidelines.
There is no charge for this service for women who qualify. See the program's guideline limits (PDF).
Wisconsin Well Woman Program (WWWP) enrollment services for Burnett County are handled through a multi-county coordinating agency. Polk County Health Department serves the counties of Barron, Burnett, Douglas, Polk, Rusk, and Washburn.
